Obituary of Joyce Mary Searle

SEARLE, Joyce Mary- Slipped away from us on January 2nd, 2013 at the age of 85 from complications of a stroke she suffered on Boxing Day after spending Christmas with her family. Loving Mom of Pat (Mike) and Doug (Val). Granny of Kimberly, Ken, Alyse and Franklyn. Auntie to Carrie- Lee, Randy, Bob and James and the Saskatoon gang. We imagine her being reunited with her beloved Jock, Rob, Art, Moichev and Molson. Joyce befriended and cared about everyone she met and will be sadly missed by family and friends, especially Helen and Marge. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. A Celebration of Joyce's Life will take place on Saturday at 10a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to Canadian Deafblind Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
