BENEVENTO, Salvatore Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Tuesday, January 29th, 2013 in San Giuseppe Jato, Italy, in his 94th year. Beloved husband of 69 years of Angela. Cherished father of Francesca (Giovanni) Martino, Girolama (Antonio) Palumbo and Giuseppina (Salvatore) Faraci. Devoted nonno of Angela (Angelo) Sudano, Michele Martino, Mario (Cynthia) Palumbo, Rosaria (Mike) Dzugan, Rita Giuseppina Faraci, Giuseppe (Kristina) Faraci, Daniele Faraci, Angela (Darren) Sheara. Much loved great grandfather of Gabriele, Mateo, Angelina Palumbo, Daniele, Giula Dzugan, Catherine Lalla, Rafael, Michael and Nicolas Faraci. Dear brother of the late Laura (the late Francesco) Bruno, Catarina (the late Giuseppe) Caiola, Rosalia (the late Giuseppe) Maniaci, Leonardo (Maria) and Giuseppe (Salvatrice). Salvatore's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines, on Thursday, February 7th from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Thursday at 8 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine Street, on Friday, February 8th at 11 a.m. with entombment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
