Obituary of Armando Fiorucci

FIORUCCI, Armando Passed away peacefully in his home on Friday, January 18, 2013 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of 51 years to Elena. Loving father to Dolorita (Warren) Ralph and Gino (Cathy). Cherished nonno to Derek and Craig. Brother to the late Joe, Vincenza, Tony, Rosina, Flaviano, Angelo, Carmella and the late Assuntino. Predeceased by his parents Michele and Adolorata. Armando was a dedicated employee of the city of St. Catharines Public Works Department, where he worked for 37 years. Special thanks to CCAC, and the wonderful team of PSWs who have provided their compassionate care over the years. The family would especially like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Jeanie for her love and dedication, toward both Armando and Elena. Armando's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, Monday, January 21st from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Vigil prayers will be recited in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 2p.m. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine Street, on Tuesday, January 22nd at 1p.m., with entombment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Parkinson's Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
