Obituary of Franjo Krsnik

Krsnik, Franjo "Frank" Peacefully with his family by his side on Friday February 28, 2013 at the Garden City Manor, in his 88th year. Loving husband of Mara "Mary" for 56 years. Beloved father of Ivan (Kathy), and Milica (Ivan) Petrovic. Dear deda of Mandy, Steven, Anita, Frankie, Matthew, John Jr (Shannon), and Nancy. Pre deceased by his loving wife Mara "Mary" and Ivan Petrovic. Mr. Krsnik was a member of the Croation National Center. Franjo worked for Alpine Nursuries and Seaway Farms for many years and enjoyed his daily activities with farming. Mr. Krsnik is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church on Tuesday at 11:00am. Rite of Committal will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Donations to St. Anthony Croation Church or the Alzeihmers Society would be appreciated by the family.
