Obituary of Stewart Meek

MEEK, J. W. Stewart - Passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Garden City Manor in his 94th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Esther, son Gary, brother Bart, and sister Betty; Stewart is survived by his daughter Pat Meek, daughter-in-law Gale Meek, grandchildren Cherie (Mike) Bousquet, Jennifer Nye, and Jim (Angie) Meek, great-grandchildren Matthew, Alexandra and Kali, and nieces Shannon and Carol. Sincere thanks to the staff at Garden City Manor for their respect, care, and compassion. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 3 at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines. Donations in memory of Stewart to the Alzheimer Society Niagara Foundation would be appreciated by his family
