We are all so saddened to hear of Champy's passing. He was always so kind to everyone & never let anyone feel left out. He made quite an impact on all of our lives (including Ashton's) & we were blessed to have known him. Ashton thought Champy was the greatest & when I told him that Champy was now in heaven he said that the world is going to be a sadder place without him....he will be sorely missed.
Our hearts, love & prayers are with you all & may you find comfort in knowing that your husband & dad will live on in all of our great memories of him.

The Best Neighbour Ever
There is a saying in business that the only thing worse than a bad year is a bad neighbour. If thats true then what possible yearly measure can you put on the best neighbour ever, because that is what Tim "Champy" Conlon was to my family and I. In 5 all-too-short years Tim became my defacto building advisor, house supervisor, honourary uncle to my kids and above all my close friend. The stories and the bond are too numerous but my personal favorite is Champy pulling Jim Weir aside while shovelling snow during a brutal snowfall and stopping him to give him golf and swing tips for his brother Mike. We shared a love of golf and hockey and I see him everywhere I look.
He will be sorely missed but never forgotten by Jack, Spencer, Rebecca and I.

We are so very sad to hear about Tim's passing. Tim had an amazing capacity to make everyone feel special and important. I believe he truly loved Carly as a hockey player who could play with the boys any day of the week! And he never ever ever failed to let her know - from the time he watched her games as a tyke until he'd see her in the arena this year. Without a doubt, Tim helped shape Carly in a very special way. Ann, Tammy, Nick and family, our hearts go out to you.

My Hero
Ever since I was a little girl there was no stronger man on earth than my father, and still to this day that stands true!
All of the memories I have of my dad are so special and dear to me, from the first time I can remember golfing with my dad, pouring concrete, laughing at the kitchen table or just talking to my dad, that's why he was my hero because nothing was more important to my dad than his family!! Although, for those people who knew my dad it didn't matter if you were related, he made everybody feel like family!!
I love you dad with all my heart, I will never forget you!!! Your my hero!!! xoxoxo

A Special Man
When i first moved to Niagara in 1997 the first friend i ever met was Tim (the Champ ) Conlon met him at Rockway glen where he and Ronny took me under there wings and i had the greatest golfing partners you could ever have for the next 5 or 6 years we spent 3 to 4 times a week playing golf together just the three of us it was the greatest of times Champy would put on a clinic on how he was going to hit every shot and most times did !!!
Timmy made me feel part of something and helped me get going in Niagara i could not have found anyone so knowledgeable about the area or someone who helped me become part of the community.
When i look back now those were the greatest of days, we laughed so much we just thought it would last forever.
The one thing i will always remember about Tim and what will always stand out in my memory is his Love for his Family not a golf game would go by without Timmy telling us about what was going on with the Kids and Grandchildren and Ann his Love for his family was amazing and there was nothing he would not do for his family.
I spoke to Timmy over the past few months and i am blessed to have had the opportunity of talking to him again and telling him how much he meant to me
My thoughts and prayers go to his entire family i will miss Tim but will always remember and appreciate the wonderful times i spent with him

Champy was a real CHAMP!
Champy always had time for everyone. I remember when my son Eric was in hockey, he would come to as many games as possible to watch him play and give him words of encouragement. He really loved to watch Eric play as he got older, rarely missing his games. Both my boys really loved Champy. Joey & Eric loved to golf with Champy and my brother Frank. They always played together in the Big Brothers Tournament. It was always a great day with Champy there. They even won a couple of times over the years. They will miss Champy. We always talked golf at our family get togethers and we always shared allot laughs over the years. I'm proud to call him my friend and I'll miss him allot. Thank you for the memories Champy!! You were a great, kind, caring man. You were a true Champ!
Your friend Joe.
