Obituary of David Arthur Pinder

Pinder, David Arthur - On Thursday October 22, 2009 at Hospice Niagara in his 66th year with his loving family by his side. Devoted brother to Robert (Margaret), Gregory (Linda), Douglas (Marlene), and Richard (Cheryl). Loving uncle to Keith (Pauline), Kelly, Melanie (Franklin), Christa, Brandon (Antoinette), Glenn (Jenny), Evan (Bronwyn), Daniel and great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Eileen and Auntie Muriel. David was an accomplished athlete and National Rowing Coach, long time member of the Toronto Bicycle Network, and owner of Pinder's Lawn and Leisure. A special thanks to Dr. Timko, Dr. Kerley, the staff and volunteers at Hospice Niagara for the compassion and tender care of our brother, David. Family and friends are invited to visit the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street on Sunday between 2-4 and 7-9pm. A service celebrating David's life will take place at the funeral home on Monday at 11:30am with cremation to follow. Memorial donations to Hospice Niagara in David's memory would be appreciated by the family.
