BUTLER, Joseph "Joe"
1922-2009
Passed away suddenly on Monday, November 2, 2009 at Linhaven Nursing Home in his 87th year. Joe is survived by six sons and three daughters. Special and loving friend of Connie. He is also survived by four sisters and two brothers. Joe is predeceased by one daughter. Joe served in the R.C.A.F. from 1942-1946. Joe was a very proud Veteran of the Second World War and in 1949 he was granted a commission to Pilot Officer. Joe was retired from T.R.W. In accordance with Joe's wishes cremation has taken place, and an inurnment will take place in New Watersford, Cape Breton at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL.
