Obituary of John Eisenhammer

EISENHAMMER, John "Johnny" It is with great sadness that the Eisenhammer family announces the sudden passing of Johnny, in his home on November 2, 2009, at the age of 36. Beloved son of Ladislav and Hana. Loving brother of Ladi (Heather) and special uncle of Katie. Predeceased by his grandparents Ladislav and Miroslava Eisenhammer and Jan and Anna Blaha. Johnny will be missed by his family, friends and co-workers. A special thank you to the staff at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital, especially to Johnny's nurses Suzie, Sonya, and Peggy for their compassionate care. Johnny's family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Thursday, November 5, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
