Obituary of Irena Maria Braciszewicz

BRACISZEWICZ, Irena Maria Passed away suddenly in her home on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at the age of 80. Irena is now reunited with her beloved husband Lucian.Lovingly remembered by her niece and nephew Arek (Barbara) Barto and their children, Bogna (Mark) Medryk and their children, and her family in Poland. Irena will be sadly missed by her special friends Marianna and Anthony Welgan. Irena was a life long member of the Polish Society and was very dedicated to her faith and to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Irena's family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Thursday, March 25, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home Thursday afternoon at 3 p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 5 Oblate St., on Friday, March 26, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. Rite of Committal to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
