Obituary of Laurie Croft
CROFT, Laurie -
Laurie went home to the Lord with his family by his side on February 3, 2009 from St. Catharines General Hospital - NHS in his 76th year.
Beloved husband of Rita. Loving dad of Laurie Jr. (Mary), Lillas (Mike) and Mitch (Tammy) and the late Bryan Croft (1968). "Dad" will be sadly missed by Donna (Jordan) Still, Eric (Sarah) Hedden, Kim (Darryl) Tee, Bryan Hedden, Chris (Brandi) Hedden, Krystal Hedden, Ricki -Lynn Croft and Austin Croft and fondly remembered by his other grandchildren Cody and Brady Croft and Meaghan and Danni-Lynn Phynapple. He will be sadly missed by his 7 great-grandchildren, his sisters Hazel Croft and Viola (Alphie) Oikle, of Nova Scotia, and Nellie (Angus) Roy of St. Catharines, as well as his many other friends and extended family. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. from 2-4p.m. & 6-9 p.m. A funeral service will take place at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 265 Linwell Road with interment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Lighthouse Baptist Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
