Obituary of Rene Arsenault

ARSENAULT, Rene Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, March 13, 2009 at 75 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen. Loving father of Rene Jr. (Marilyn), Rickey (Deborah), Linda (Harold) Vogt and Kenneth. Devoted Papa of Rhea, Amanda, Laura, Stephanie, (and spouses), Christine, Matthew and Great Papa to Hayden, Ayva, Brodie, Reece, Trinity, Michaela, Meghan, and Emily. Rene will be missed and lovingly remembered by his companion and friend Mona Schmidt, his family and friends. Rene is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. where family and friends will be received on Monday, March 16, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 10:30 am. Rite of committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Monday evening at 8:45 pm. Memorial remembrances to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
