In behalf of my family, Rumelia, Wea, King and Chickoy, my deepest condolences for the untimely passing of Kuya Cesar.
As we say adieu to Kuya Cesar, I do not worry. True, like all of you, I feel sad for I will miss him. But I am certain that he is now with our Father in heaven, enjoying the promise of our Lord Jesus Christ in John 14:1-4, †œLet not your hearts be troubled …. In my Father†™s house there are many dwelling places. If there were not, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back again and take you to myself; so that where I am, you also shall be.†
May I repeat the Lord†™s promise, †œWhere I am, you also shall be.† As I bid farewell to Kuya Cesar † who like our Lord was meek and humble of heart†I say so with the happy confidence that where the Lord is, Kuya Cesar also shall be, in the dwelling place prepared for him by our Lord in heaven.

If I had a nickel for every time Cesar made me laugh I could of retired ! We shared an office for the better part of 25 years and there was not a day went by that Cesar did have a quiet comment on something happening in the office and always at someones else's exspense ! We shared rooms at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto for the Marine Club ( no one told me he snored like a chain saw )and many a cab ride home from other functions that were always entertaining in his company. A gentleman and a true friend, salamat Cesar.

We were fortunate enough to have a nice visit when he came to Texas a few months ago. I remember him enjoying a taste of Tex-Mex at Uncle Julio's mexican cantina and was surprised how everything was truly a Texas-Sized portion! Then he was able to come visit our home in Allen, and immediately asked me for a Big Glass of WATER! Must have been too spicy ;) Sorry we cannot attend, but you are in our Thoughts and Prayers.
"May the blessings of love be upon you, May its peace abide with you,
May its essence illuminate your heart,
Now and forever more
Blessing"

Dearest Tita Flor, Army and Raymond,
We are so sorry to hear about Tito Ceasar. We were shocked to hear the news and woud like you to know that if there is anything that we can do for you, or if there is anything that you need, please do not hesitate to ask. My mom is out here in California with me right now so we are unable to attend the funeral. Joyce and James are trying to reschedule meetings and work so that they can be there to pay their respects on Friday. Tita Flor, I am sure that mom will contact you upon her return to Canada next month. Again, all of our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I know that Tito Ceasar is looking down from heaven and watching over all of you with such love and affection.
With Love: Linda, James, Joyce and Jenny Mangubat

Our most favorite recent memory of Uncle Cesar was during our last trip to Canada. In Ottawa for Sheridan's Baptism, we were all hanging out at The Keen's one evening and decided to go all out Filipino-style - KARAOKE!!!! Uncle Cesar sang the funniest karaoke song in SPANISH! When he was done, my husband was so impressed that he said to Uncle Cesar - "I didn't know you could sing in Spanish!" He turned to Rob and said,"Wow?!? That was Spanish?!?!?!" Then he looked at me with a huge smile, we shared a laughed and he winked. We will miss you Uncle Cesar...You will always be in our prayers!!! Love from NYC - Rob & Kris
