Obituary of Bruce Arnold Eckhardt

ECKHARDT, BRUCE Passed away suddenly at his home on Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Beloved husband of Barbara for 61 years. Loving father of Brian (Ruth), Diane (Terry) Eckhardt. Cherished grandfather of Jonathan (Zendra), Rebekah (Jeremy), David, and great grandfather of Isabella, Brayden and Tristan. Bruce is survived by his brother James (Carol), and his brother in law Donald (Glenda) Wood of Ottawa. In accordance with Bruce's wishes there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
