We moved next door to Rose in 1991. She was very welcoming and she always said that she enjoyed hearing and watching the kids playing and laughing. Our kids are older now but they will always remember Rose. She was a good and caring neighbour. She had interesting stories to tell and was always ready to listen. She will be missed.

To Marianne & Bill, Ada and Art, and families. So sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. Seems like it was just recently I read about her turning 100 years of age. She was a tough cookie so I hope she did not suffer. Our thoughts are with you at this time.

To Ada, Marianne & families. It was with regret that we read the passing of your mother. I had read the paper when she celebrated her 100th Birthday and meant to send a card but never did. Hope she did not suffer as she was a pretty touch cookie. Thinking of you at this time.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Allen & Family,
I was deeply saddened to read that "Nana" Green had passed away. In a life span of
101 years, what stories she must of told. All those years ago on Bessborough Drive, we
remember all those great times and what fun we had with Nana Green.
You are in our thoughts and prayers.

My sincerest sympathies are with all of you. Your Mum and Nana was one of the most wonderful people I knew. I have never known a Grandmother who changed with the times like she did. Being at Pat's with Lynn growing up, I considered her my Nana as that is what I called her. As I think of her, I smile. Nana did that to people---made them smile.
Love Lori

Hello, we do not know each other but I am writing to you in regards of the loss of your dear family member, Rosina Green. I would like to send my deepest sympathy. It seems so unfair that death should have the power to take away someone you love and it can be most difficult to bear.
The Bible, however, holds out a wonderful hope. The Scriptures indicate that it is possible to be reunited with your dead loved one in the near future right here on earth †" Psalms 37:11. Although this is a time of sadness, I would like to direct you to some encouraging and comforting information that can be shared amongst you and your family. A sample of it is contained on the online brochure "When Someone You Love Dies" found at:
