I only had the pleasure of working with Paul for a short time in 2001, but in that brief period I learned a lot from him about professionalism and respect for your co-workers and customers in business. I also remember his passion for military memorabilia. True story: He taught me on one business trip that a cheap hotel room can be made a lot less uncomfortable by running the shower at its hottest setting for a few minutes before hitting the hay. My sinuses have never been clearer, and I still use his advice to this day! Sadly I hadn't seen him for quite sometime after moving away from St. Catharines, but he's a character I will never forget. I offer my condolences to his family and close friends back home.

I had spent a great deal of time with Paul, having worked with him every day for about five years from 1996 to 2001, including traveling to trade shows. He was widely respected by his clients because of his friendly and affable nature. He had a story for nearly every situation, and even though I always had to focus intently to understand him through that wee bit of an accent he had, it was a pleasure working with him. My condolences to all of his family and friends.

Dear Karen and Shannon, I'm so sorry to hear about Paul's passing. I know how hard this must be for both of you. Just know I'm thinking about both of you and I'm here if you need me for anything. Shannon, Alex told me that you've been to school. You are a very brave girl and I'm sure your dad was very proud of you. Shannon you know that Alex will always be there for you. Take care and God bless you both. Paula
