Obituary of Peter John Kirvan
Kirvan, Peter
Suddenly while visiting from Kelowna, British Columbia, Peter experienced a heart attack and passed away at the St. Catharines General Hospital, on October 9th at the age of 57. He bids a farewell to his B.C. family: his beloved wife Marlene, his son's Kelsey (Tania), Sam, and daughter Brandy (Marcus) Lysak. Grandfather of Connor, Emerald, Cassandra and Zachary. Lovingly, he leaves those in St. Catharines, his mother Phyllis, sister Debra (Leslie Hall), Jo-Ann Richardson (Blair), his sister Charlotte Chiola (Ernie) of Fonthill, and sister Pat Irwin (Ron) of Fenwick. Predeceased by his father Gregory (1996), and his brother Paul (1994). He will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephew. True to his generous nature, "He'd give you the shirt off his back," Peter donated his tissues to the Trillium Gift of Life Network. He was so passionate of his family, friends and mankind. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service in celebration of Peter's life will be held at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. in St. Catharines, on Friday October 12, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to take place in British Columbia, at a later date.
