Obituary of Emily Jakop (Jamnik)

JAKOP EMILY (Ljudmilla) - On Tuesday May 14th, 2013, Emily passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, in her 90th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 59 years, Vinko (2009). Loving mother of Tony (Isobel), Irene, Rick (Debbie) and cherished grandmother of Stephanie, Thomas and Katherine. Survived by her sisters, Stefka Vokal, Annie Kozina, and Amy Petric. Predeceased by her brothers Joseph and Ivan. Emily will be lovingly remembered by family here, in Milwaukee and in Slovenia. At Emily's request a private family Funeral Liturgy will be held. Rite of committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the M.S. Society would be appreciated by the family. The family extends a special thanks to Dr. B. Kerley, and all visiting nursing and PSW staff for their compassionate care and support.
