Obituary of Giovanni Cefaratti

CEFARATTI, Giovanni (John)- Suddenly passed away on July 29, 2008, in St. Catharines, in his 46th year. Beloved husband of Claudia (nee Fattore). Loving father of Jillianne Cefaratti. Cherished son of Giuseppe and Giovanna Cefaratti and son in law of Ida and the late Franco (2007) Fattore. Dear brother of Gaetano, Antonio and brother in law of Mario (Tracy) Fattore and Robert Fattore. Predeceased by his sister Maria (2003). John is also survived by his aunts, uncles and will always be fondly remembered and cherished by nephews, nieces, cousins. John was self employed and he enjoyed bringing laughter into the room at any given time. Although he has left us too soon, we are all fortunate to have shared many special memories with John. John is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., until Saturday at 9:15 am. A Funeral Liturgy celebrating John's life will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2008, at St. Alfred's Roman Catholic Church, 272 Vine St., at 9:30 a.m. Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Public visitation will be held on Friday, August 1, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. Vigil prayers will be recited in the funeral home at 3:00 p.m. If desired, donations to St. Alfred's Church would be appreciated by the family.
