Obituary of John Tenke

TENKE JOHN Peacefully, on Friday August 8, 2008 at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital, at 82 years of age. Beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of Steven and Allan (Leslie). Cherished grandpa of Kaytlin, Kyle, Aidan, Avery and Haylie . Dear brother of Lidia Tenke. Brother in law of Diane Delost. John will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Predeceased by his son Paul. John retired in 1991 from General Motors. At John's request, cremation has taken place. Private family inurnment will take place in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. Memorial remembrances to Sick Children's Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
