Obituary of Irma Vit

VIT, IRMA- Passed peacefully after a short illness on Thursday, August 28, 2008, at the St. Catharines General Hospital, in her 77th year. Beloved wife of 50 years of Desiderio. Loving mother of Paola and Dennis. Cherished Nonna of Michael. Dear sister of Pia Grossutti. Predeceased by her sister Bruna Zoratto. Irma is survived by many nieces, nephews and by many friends, Irma was a proud and active member of Club Roma Seniors Centre, the Woman's Axillary of Club Roma, the St. Alfred's Italian Catholic Centre, Club Fogolar Furlan. Irma is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St.. Public visitation will be held on Monday, September 1, 2008, from 10 a.m.- 11 a.m., followed by a Funeral Liturgy without Mass in the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow service. If desired, expressions of sympathy may be made to the charity of one's choice.
