Obituary of Kathleen Lecompte

LECOMPTE, Kathleen "Kay" Passed away, after a valiant struggle, on Friday, September 22nd, 2006 at the Hotel Dieu-Shaver at the age of 83. Predeceased by her daughter Mariane (1996). Much loved and devoted wife of Renne for 57 years and beloved mother of Roger "Tudor" (Janet Pybus). Dear grandmother of Patrick, Wesley (Lesley) and Patti. She spent many years with friends and family at Buckhorn Lake where she enjoyed fishing and bingo. Cremation has taken place. Kay's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Tuesday, September 26th from 7-9pm. A prayer service will take place in the funeral home at 8:30pm. A private family inurnment will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
