Obituary of Ted Frank Troscinski
Troscinski, Ted Frank - On Thursday September 28, 2006 at the St. Catharines General Hospital in his 81st year. Predeceased by his wife Wanda (1980). Beloved Dad to Donna Boorne (Bob) of Hanover, Josephine Fife (Gary) of Thorold, Roseanne Fife (David) of St. Catharines, Rosemary MacMillan (Mark) of Oshawa and Jean Brohman (Mark) of Beamsville. Cherished Dziadziu of Brian, Karyn, Alexandra, Kevin and Matthew. Loving companion of 18 years to Chris Pawlik of Welland. Survived by his sister Christine Buczkowski (John) of St. Catharines, sister-in-law Helen Lee (Ken) of Cobourg, aunt Eva Romaniuk of Toronto and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Edward (1957). Ted was a carpenter and home builder and in the 1970's, he was a salesman for Elmwood Kitchens. Thereafter and as long as he was able, Ted continued with his love of woodworking. Many of his skills are still evident at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and the Canadian Polish Hall on Facer St.Mr. Troscinski is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. until Saturday at 10am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 10:30am. Vigil Prayers will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 7:45pm. Visiting hours are Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Interment will be held at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario in Ted's honour.
