Obituary of Gordon Michel Joseph LeBlanc

LeBlanc, Gordon - On Monday December 11, 2006 surrounded by his family at the Welland Hospital in his 25th year after a courageous battle with cancer. He will be deeply missed by his parents Angele Croteau and Gordon, brothers Stephen and Geoffrey. Also survived by aunts Cecile Hunt (late Danny 2005) of St.Catharines, Joan Johnson (Bill) of Peterborough, uncles George Croteau and Wendy Holmes of Niagara Falls, Richard Croteau (Cecile) of Niagara Falls, Denis Croteau of Niagara Falls, late Bruno November 2006 (Jennifer), Denis of New Brunswick and Wayne of Niagara Falls. Predeceased by his grandparents Gordon and Matilda, Frank and Claire Croteau, uncles Michel Croteau and Michael. Will be sadly missed by several great aunts, uncles and cousins. Gordon will also be missed by Bill Van Vliet and his family. Gordon is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street, St.Catharines until Friday at 12:30pm. A celebration of Gordon's life will be held in the George Darte Funeral Chapel at 1pm. Visiting hours are Thursday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Interment will be held at the Fairview Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Niagara in Gordon's honour.
