Obituary of John Garbowicz

Garbowicz John Peacefully, on Saturday, February 10th, 2007 at the Shaver Hospital, at 84 years of age. Beloved husband of Sophie, for 61 years. Loving faher of Jean and Mitch. Dear grandfather of David, Chris, Teresa, Mike and Michelle. Mr. Garbowicz was a member of the Polish Legion and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Mr Garbowicz is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Tuesday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 11am. Rite of committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Vigil pryaers will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 7pm. Memorial remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
