Obituary of Wieslaw Ziembicki

Ziembicki, Wieslaw - Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on June 30th,2007 at the young age of 60 . Loving husband to Eryka for 39 years. Will be greatly missed by his children Darek and Elizabeth. Will be dearly missed by many family members and friends. Wieslaw was an employee of General Motors in Oshawa for 18 years and an active member of the Polish community and of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.He was a wonderful husband , father and friend.After his year long struggle with cancer he left us at peace and will always be remembered .A special thank you to family members for their love and support and for those who traveled a great distance to be with us. Wieslaw is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street,St. Catharines until Wednesday July 4th at 10:30am.Funeral Liturgy will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church , 5 Oblate Street on Wednesday July 4th at 11:00 am.Vigil prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Tuesday July 3rd at 7:00 pm.Visitation will be held on Tuesday July 3rd from 2-4pm and from 7-9pm. Internment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.Memorial donations may be made in Wieslaw's honor to the Juravinski Cancer center.
