Obituary of Marlene Birnie

BIRNIE MARLENE Suddenly , on Sunday, July 1, 2007, at her residence, at 63 years of age. Beloved wife of Sydney, for 46 years. Loving mother of Keith (Cheryl) and Lynn (Joe) Spano. Cherished grandma and nanna of Emma, Grace and Alexander. Marlene will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Marlene is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., where a service to celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday at 11am. Burial in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. If desired donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. The family wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Findley and his staff, her home care nurses, Suzanne, Sherri and Lisa, for their care and compassion. There is no mom , like my mom. My Buddy!
