Obituary of Carleton Austin Claus

CLAUS CARLETON AUSTIN It is with sadness that the Claus family announce the passing of a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and very caring friend to many. Carleton Austin Claus, age 86, who went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, July 2nd, 2007. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Ruth, his sons and their wives, David and Darlene, John and Dawn, Gary and Shelley, his grandchildren Carrie, Ryan (Sonia), Terra (Rob), Brandon (Christina), Trevor, Brittany, great granddaughter Avery and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Carleton's life at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held in Bethel Baptist Church, 10 Arlington Ave. on Friday at 11 am. with visiting at the church from 10 to 11. Burial in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial remembrances to the Association of Baptist for World Evangelism in Canada, in support of John and Yvonne Baab, would be appreciated by the family. The family wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff at Henley House for their exceptional care and compassion. (Santa was happy!)
