Obituary of Kevin Charles Laffin

Laffin, Kevin Charles It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of a couragous angel. Kevin passed away in his home on Sunday, July 22, 2007, at 15 years of age. Beloved son of Joan and Rob, loving brother of Craig, loving grandson of Bobby and June Laffin, and Joyce Lees. Kevin will be lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Kevin attended Dr. T. L. Sullivan Jr. Highschool in Cape Breton, and Sheridan Park Jr. Highschool and Governor Simcoe Highschool. Kevin excelled at the sport of hockey, playing for The Vickings Sydney Mines AAA Hockey Team and Blackhawk Kiwanis Hockey League, he loved skateboarding and dirt biking. Kevin is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. where family will receive friends on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Victoria Lawn Cemetery, 480 Queenston St. on Thursday at 1 p.m. Memorial Remembrances can be made to Sick Children's Hospital.
