Obituary of Evdokia Kateryniak

KATERYNIAK, Evdokia- Passed away on Saturday, February 12th, 2011 at Ivan Fanko Nursing home in Toronto in her 90th year. Beloved wife of William. Loving Baba of Halia (Bohdan) Kapitan of the Ukraine. Great grandmother of two great grandsons. Dear sister of Ann ( Stephan) Chornyj of Toronto, Mykolla, and Wasyl Szpak of Ukraine. Loving aunt of Roman and Bohdan. Also survived by many relatives in the Ukraine and friends in Canada and England. Mrs. Kateryniak is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday from 6-9p.m. Panachyda will take place at 7p.m. in the funeral home. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated in Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church on Wednesday at 10a.m. Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to Sts. Cyrils and Methodius Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
