Obituary of Cedric Thornber

THORNBER Cedric (Ric) Peacefully, on Friday October 7th, 2005, at the St Catharines General Hospital NHS, at 61 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Charlotte (Lotte) Loving father of Elaine Butler and fiance Chris. Cherished grandad of Trevor. Predeceased by his loving parents Ada and Cyril Thornber. Ric will be greatly missed by many dear friends. Mr. Thornber is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. where a service to celebrate his life will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 1pm. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11- 1pm. Cremation to follow. Memorial remembrances to the St. Catharines General Hospital NHS would be appreciated by the family. The family wish to extend heartfelt gratitude to the nursing staff of Moore 2, St.Catharines General NHS for their compassion to Ric in his last days. Thanks to the Butler family for the love they have shown Ric throughout the years.
