Obituary of Hillechiena Mary Curran

Curran, Hillechiena Mary After a battle with cancer on Monday, December 19, 2005 at Hotel Dieu-Shaver Hospital at 81 years of age. Beloved wife of Francis for 58 years. Loving mother of Jantina (Stan) Skrzeszewski, Tom Curran of New York City, Ed (Anita) Curran. Dear Grandma of Mary Anne, Erin (Rocky), Adrienne (Michael) and Michael. Sister of Siena (Harm) Smid, and Mans (Alie) van Groenenbergh all of The Netherlands. Mrs. Curran was a member of the Cathedral of St. Catherine of Alexandria, Catholic Women's League and the Socialites Club. She was a Baker at the Hotel Dieu Hospital for 20 years. Mrs. Curran is resting at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street where family will recieve friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be celebrated in the funeral home on Wednesday at 3 p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in Cathedral of St. Catherine of Alexandria on Thursday at 11 a.m. with cremation to follow. Memorial Remembrances to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
