Obituary of Gordon Edward Lessard

LESSARD, Gordon- Passed away suddenly on Sunday January 23rd, 2011 at the St Catharines General Hospital at the age 72. Beloved husband of Claudette for 48 years. Cherished father of Rick ( May) Lessard and Charmaine ( John) Konkle. Special grandpa of Lee, Andrew, and Nicole. Step grandfather of Shawn and Cory. Great grandfather of Connor,Braydon, Abriella and Robbie. Brother of Shirley (Lou), Wayne ( Barb), Dennis ( Linda),Donnie (Paula) and Doug (Marnie). Gordon will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St Catharines on Thursday from 5-9p.m. A Celebration of Gordon's Life will take place on Friday at 12:30p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Memorial donations to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated by the family.
