Obituary of James Patrick Bowles

Bowles, James Patrick (Pat): Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at his home on Sunday Jan 23, 2011 in his 61st year. Beloved husband of Barbara for more than 37 years. Loving father Andrew (Kara), and Melissa. Pat is survived by his sisters Philomenia (Derek) Fowkes, Margaret (Malcolm) Bamford both in England, sisters in law Janice (Ron) and Annette (Bobby) brother in law Victor (Dianna), his father and mother in law Neville and Vera and many nieces and nephews in Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. Pat was an employee of City of St. Catharines Recreation and Community Services Department for more than 30 years, he was an avid Nottingham Forest Football Club, and the Toronto Maple Leafs fan. George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines have been entrusted with the arrangements for Mr. Bowles. Visitations will be held in the funeral home on Thursday Jan 27th, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. George's Anglican Church at 11a.m. on Friday Jan 28th. A private inurnment will follow at a later date. Memorial remembrances to Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, London Health Sciences Foundation, or the It's Our Time Campaign would be appreciated by the family.
