Millar, Mary Elizabeth (Molly)
With deepest sorrow we announce the passing of our mother, on Friday, April 29, 2005, held close by her family at her bedside at the Shaver Hospital, 76 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Millar (1988), her daughter Jane (Jean) and her husband Ian MacGlashan, her son Alan Millar and Margaret Gibb, dear Nanny of Jim and Ryan MacGlashan, Christina Millar, great grandmother of Katelyn, dear sister of Olive McGowan of Timmins and her children Lauren, Diane, Joanne, Lynn, Debbie and Bob, also her sister Edna Allen of England. She will be lovingly remembered by her relatives in N. Ireland. Mrs. Millar was a member of St. Giles Presbyterian Church and was an active member with the Ladies Auxilliary, member of the F.S.N.A. and belonged to a Tai Chi Group for many years.
Family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Giles Presbyterian Church, 205 Linwell Rd., on Wednesday, May 4, 2005 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers Memorial Remembrances to Hospice Niagara Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
