I have some lovely memories of your mom and all of you when you were young and lived on Rodman Street ... I will always remember your big dog, I believe it was Alison that called it 'Bear'. That was long ago, however, I have a secret place in my heart for your mom, she was so very good and kind ... and good and fun memories are the best to carry with us. Hugs, Barb Wilson

I have very fond memories of visiting Florence and the family many years ago. Although the kids were quite a bit older than my brother and I (Cathy & Allison used to babysit us!!) we always spent alot of time there. I have fond memories of their home off Carlton St. but my most vivid memory was the moon cookie jar that Florence had in her kitchen. It was a strange looking thing-a bit scary I must admit, but all fear aside, it held the cookies!! I remember it also being at her home off Eastchester Ave. I just ALWAYS remember her having it. I guess it seems like a strange thing to mention but that will always be how I will remember Florence Beaton-the moon cookie jar.
I will miss Florence a great deal. She was a wonderful aunt to us and just a wonderful person. She will be sadly missed by all. My sincere condolences for "The Beaton Boys", Cathy and Allison from my family Dave, Heather and miss Brynn. You are in our thoughts.
