Obituary of Edwina Lemieux

LEMIEUX, EDWINA, (nee Cain) Peacefully on Saturday, May 21, 2005 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital at age 88. Wife of the late Eric Lemieux (1980). Loving mother of the late Nellis (1998) (Brenda), Gladys (Mike) Tapp, the late Leo (2005) (Heidi), Estelle (Andrew) Rehel, Stella (Henry) Sullivan and Cletus. Grandma will be missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Ida Lynch. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Neil Blake, Irene Simpson, Sharon Huot and Staff of C.C.A.C., Irene Chartrand and Jack of the Alzheimer's Society, Brenda of Respite Care and Dr. Jackibchuck for his many home visits. Edwina's family will receive relatives and friends at the Fortin Funeral Home, Barachois, Quebec, on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Peter's Catholic Church on Friday, May 27, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery.
