Harper Josephine (Josie) Nee Iocca : With her loving family by her side at the St. Catharines General Hospital on June 21, 2004 , at 60 years of age. Beloved wife and best friend of Wendell of 34 years . Precious mother of Paul (Jennifer) of St. Catharines and Ryan of Toronto. Loving Nonna of Aidan. Very loved sister of Grace (Pacifico) Sirignano of St. Catharines, loving twin sister of Teresa(Lidio) Venneri of Thorold, and most loved sister of Pauline Memme of St. Catharines . Special sister -in- law of Bob and Penny Harper of St. Catharines . Daughter- in- law of Esther Harper,sister-in-law of David and Lois Harper,Ruth and John Kenny,Philipand Muriel Harper,Alice and Dick Ellsworth, Freda Hardy,Molly and Daryl Buote,Edward and Darlene Harper, Joe and Patsy Harper all of Prince Edward Island, Nancy and Shane Rockford of New Brunswick and Rosemary and George Terry of North Bay. Josie is survived by many nieces and nephews also many cousins and friends. Josie was predeceased by her parents Alba and Domenico Iocca and a brother Paolo. Josie was a member of St. Alfred's Church and Club Roma Ladies Auxillary. Josie is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL 585 Carlton St. until 9:15 am on Wednesday. Friends may visit on Tuesday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm . Vigil prayers will take place at the funeral home . Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church on Wednesday at 9:30 am . Interment to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated .
