Obituary of Nora De-Veaux Walker
Walker De-Veaux Nora, U.E.L., O. St. J., entered into rest on Sunday July 25, 2004. Dearly loved wife of the late John G. Walker, dear mother of Norris W. (Marilyn), John G. (Carol) and the late David F. Walker. Loving grandmother of Elizabeth (Steven) Casper, Jennifer Robinson, David W. (Jennifer), Sheila (Robert) Bonapace, Wendy (Mike ) Mitchell, Ian (Colleen) Walker, and Geordie (Adrienne) Walker. Greatgrandmother of Kristen and David Casper, Spencer and Brittany Bonapace, Christopher, Heather, Luke and Tanya Robinson and Benjamin Walker. Sister of the late Paul V. Woodruff. Mrs. Walker was a member of St. Giles Presbyterian Church, founder of Rodman Hall and a member of the Volunteer Committee, a member of the St. Catharines General Hospital Auxilliary and the Gyrette Club. Mrs. Walker was an Officer of the Most Venerable Order of St. John, a Patron of the Lincoln County Branch of St. John and a member of the Empire Loyalist Association. In Florida, Mrs. Walker was a member of the Church-by-the-Sea, Bal Harbour.
Following a family service at St. Giles Presbyterian Church, cremation will take place with burial in the Walker Family plot.
Memorial remembrances may be made to St. John's Ambulance 219 Church St. St. Catharines, L2R 3E8.
