Obituary of Donald Joseph Frattini
FRATTINI DONALD JOSEPH Peacefully, at Henley House Nursing Home, Don joined his Savior on Tuesday September 21st, 2004, at the age of 75. Loving husband of 49 years to Noreen (nee Beaudry). Cherished father of Dawn-Marie and George Ginn, Marissa and Frank Giancola, Perry, Christopher Paul and Tricia. Beloved Papa of Mark, Katy, Kelsey, Carter and Carson. Dear brother of Robert and Ellen of St. Catharines, Raymond and the late Betty, Donna and Mario Sanchioni, all of Sudbury. Dear brother -in- law of Bea and Pepper Smith of Garson, the late Tom Beaudry and his wife Joyce, Fred and Taina Beaudry of Sudbury, Suzanne and Gunter Hertz of Welland, Danny Beaudry and Joelle of North Bay. Don will be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Don was a retired employee of Inco Limited in Copper Cliff and moved to St. Catharines in 1983. Prior to his illness Don was very active with the Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship. He was an involved member of the Garden Village Co-operative Homes and was instrumental in the foundation of Village Glen Co-operative Homes. Dad's great love was his faith, family and friends.
Family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Thursday from 7-9pm. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Denis Church (corner of Lake St. And Carlton St..) on Friday, September 24, 2004 at 11:30am. Cremation to follow. Donations made in Don's name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the March of Dimes would be appreciated by the family.
