Obituary of Lola O'Neall
O'Neill, Lola Mae, It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lola on Friday January 7th in her 91st year. Predeceased by her daughter Jackie and her parents Fred and Mae Delong, sister Gladys Duff-Lutenberger, brother Ken (Bud) Delong and long time companion Herb Bellmore. Survived by her niece Beryl Myers (Andy) nephews Bill Duff (Carmel), Bob Duff (Billie), nieces Linda Kuenbaum (Bill), Sandy McCreary (Steve), nephew Tom Delong (Estelle). Great niece Darlene Coholan (John & Liam). Great nephews Rick Bowman (Jane), Gary Bowman (Debbie). Lola will be greatly missed by her special friends Mike, Diane & Natasha Rix. Although Lola suffered with arthritis for many years she was able to maintain her own home, gardens and sense of humour.
Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St, on Saturday, January 15th, from 12 noon till 1pm. A service to celebrate Lola's life will be held in the chapel at 1pm. Memorial donations to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family.
