Obituary of Frank Karkus

Karkus Frank: Went to be with the Lord on Tuesday October 26, 2004. Surrounded by family and friends at the St. Catharines General Hospital after a sudden decline with cancer in this 75th year. Beloved husband of Mary for 51 years. Loving Father of Rosemary and Allon Stadelmier, and Paul and Cathy Karkus. Cherished Papa of Adam, Alyssa, Ryder and Jewelle. Survived by sister Betty (George) Szecskas of Brantford and John (Bonnie) Karkus of Niagara Falls.Pre-deased by brothers George, William and Michael. The family will recieve friends at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton Street on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9pm and at the Church 9:00am Friday. Funeral service will be held at Central Gospel Temple, 240 Scott St. at 10:00 am on Friday October 29th. Interment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. In Lieu of flowers donations to Central Gospel Temple Library or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
