Obituary of Carole Gordon
Gordon Ina Carole October 7 1941 - June 8 2011-It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ina Carole Gordon at the Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday June 8 2011 in her 70th year. Carole will be greatly missed by her three sons, Tom (wife Pauline), Mike (wife Angela), and Terry (wife Tracy) as well as her three grandchildren Kayla, Matthew, and Alyssa and close friend Gary Galway. Our loss of Carole is also greatly felt by sisters Shirley (and Geno) Begolo and Marie (and John) Boisvert and sisters in law Beverly Foden and Bonnie Wiley and many close family members and friends. She is predeceased by her husband Jim Gordon, mother and father Ina and Alfred Lever and step father Lorne Cain. Carole enjoyed life to the fullest affecting everyone that she shared it with. She enjoyed traveling and gardening and spending time with family and friends. She was a hard worker and made life long connections in every place of employment. She was certainly well loved by neighbours, co-workers, friends, and family. We are deeply saddened by her early departure in life and will miss her warmth experienced by all who knew her. Carole's family will receive friends and family at the George Darte Funeral chapel 585 Carleton St. in St Catharines. Visitation will be held on Saturday June 11th, from 2 -4 and 7-9 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held at the funeral home on Sunday June 12 at 12:30 p.m . Memorial donations in memory of Carole made to the Canadian heart association would be appreciated by the family. Online Guest Book and condolences can be made at www.georgedartefuneralhome.com
