Obituary of Gerald (Gerry) March

March, Gerald (Gerry) formally of Fort Erie, passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2004 in St. Catharines in his 90th year. Dear father of Norine and her husband Don Plato, of St. Catharines. Dear grandfather to Alexa. His career with Canadian Tire began with the founding owners at the original location in Toronto and progressed as owner of Canadian Tire Stores in Edmundston, NB and Fort Erie, ON. Special thanks to Niagara Arms, especially the Nursing and the Dietary Staff. Also the Dialysis Staff at the Hotel Dieu Hospital. Gerry is at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines were the family will receive friends on Wednesday April 7th from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday April 8th at 10:30am. A reception to follow. Private family interment. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Dialysis Unit, Hotel Dieu, would be appredciated by the family.
