Obituary of Muriel Joyce Dugas

Dugas, Muriel Joyce (nee Sume) Peacefully, in the presence of her loving family on Tuesday, April 22, 2003. Predeceased by her husband Leo (1991). Survived by daughter Veronica, granddaughter April and friend Griff in Florida. Muriel was a longstanding member of St. Denis Parish, member of the CWL and a lifelong resident of Port Dalhousie. Mrs. Dugas is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St. until Friday at 10:30a.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Denis Church at. 11a.m., with Rite of Committal following in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers for Muriel will take place on Thursday at 3p.m. Visiting hours are Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Memorial rememberances to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or St. Denis Church would be appreciated by the family.
