ODORICO REMO Surrounded by his loving family, on Friday June 13, 2003 at the St. Catharines General Hospital, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Lidia, for 52 years. Loving father of Paola (John) Pollard, Denis (Lisa), Angela (Gary) Thompson and Eddy. Cherished Nonno of Bryony, Nicole, Weston, Dustin, Chelsea, Krista, Mackenzie and Matthew. Dear brother in law of Lou and Margaret Paron of St. Catharines and Rinaldo and Elvira from Australia. Survived by his sisters Maria, Odilla and Nerina of Italy. He will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, especially Michael and Matthew, family and friends. Remo was a member of St. Alfreds Parish, Club Roma and The Fogolar Furlan.Remo is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Tuesday at 9:00am. Funeral liturgy will be celebrated in St. Alfrerd's Church at 9:30am. Rite of committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 3:00pm. Visiting hours are Monday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Memorial remembrances to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
