To the Monchak Family:
We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Dorothy Monchak. The loss of a mother is sad but will never be forgotten, as well we know. We met and talked to Dorothy when we were in St.Catharines in 1996 for another sad occasion. Our prayers are with all of you and be comforted to know that your Mother is with the Lord, Steve and all her friends.

DEAR CHRISTINE AND FAMILY: Sending you my condolences on your mom..The last time I seen her was at some Ukrainian due at Ukrainian Orthodox Hall on Facer about a year or two or even three years ago as I can't remember exactly when that was..I hadn't seen her in years and I went up to her to say hello and she still remembered my name..I was so thrilled that she never forgotten me.I remember when Patsy and I would come and visit you Chris at your house and your mom had very delicious food just like my Godmother Sophie Medwig...Them were very very happy days. Not too many of the our parents and Godparents left.
Here is a little verse from my Sypathy cards I pattened and it goes like this:
Sometimes It's Hard To Understand
The Reason For Life's Struggles.
Yet The Study Of Nature Instructs
Us That There Is No Death But Only
A New Beginning, Moved Onto Another
Dimension Of Life.
Its Like A Wave That Comes To Shore,
And Then Goes Back Out To Sea:
Then Becomes One With The Ocean,
And Then Returns Again In The
Form Of Another Wave.
Yet, Know That Gods Gift Is Like That Ocean.
It's Never Easy To Say Good-Bye. It's
Like Watching A Wave Drift To Sea.
But Let It Be Comforting For You
To Know, That Friends, Family And
Loved Ones Care About You In This
Time Of Sorrow And Loss, And Know
That The Circle Of Life Returns In
The Form Of Another Wave..Created by Rev.M.M.F.
My prayers and candles are lit for your mom a very dear person from my past who was kind and accepted me for who I was...She has now gone to join her friends and one of them being Sophie..God Bless You All.......from Mrs. Marlene Sheremetta.
