Obituary of Larry Gander

Gander, Larry Peacefully on Sunday, November 17, 2002 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. In his 82nd year. Loving husband of the late Marie (2002). Beloved father of Jim & his wife Leanne, Mary & her husband Roger Freeman, Denis & his wife Mary, and Louise & her husband Jerry Woodhouse. Proud Papa of 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Mr. Gander is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., until Thursday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Denis Church at 11am. Rite of Committal will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours Wednesday 7-9pm. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 7:30pm. Memorial remembrances to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
