Obituary of George Frederick Stokely

Stokely, George Frederick Suddenly on Sunday, October 27, 2002 at St. Catharines General Hospital. George Stokely in his 97th year. Husband the late Thelma (1968), loving father of David Stokely, Bobby and his wife Pat Stokely, Judy and her husband Ron Anderson, dear grandfather of 13 grandchildren with 1 granchild predeceased in 1964, great grandfather of 24 great grandchildren, predeceased by his brother Harry (1966). Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Life member of Garden City Productions and worked at Foster Wheeler for 36 years retiring in 1971. Mr. Stokely is resting at the George Darte North Chapel, 585 Carlton St. where a funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with cremation to follow.
