Obituary of Francis Taylor Bryant
BRYANT FRANK On Wednesday January 9, 2002 at Versa Care Nursing Home, at 80 years of age. Beloved husband of Therese McCool- Bryant. Loving father of Catherine. Cherished granddad of Theresa. Uncle of Martha. Frank is also survived by his relatives in Scotland. Frank served with the Lincoln and Welland Regiment. He played in the victory parade that marched Montgomery into Berlin with the Argyle and Sutherland Pipe Band. He served with the Black Watch Pipe Band in Canada, Germany, Cyprus and was a piper in the massed pipe band for the 1967 Centennial Tattoo. Frank was employed with the City of St. Catharines until retiring in 1986.
Frank rested at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., where a private family service was held. Interment in the Veteran's section of Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial remembrances to Tender Wishes would be appreciated by the family. The family wish to express their sincere thanks to the nurses and staff at Versa Care for their kindness and support.
